I have a roundtable with our Fellow today. She is a lifetime staff in the technical field.

I admire her very much, bcoz she got this Fellow honor...

What's Fellow? It is a position in my company.   

If you receive the Fellow, you'll have a lifetime salary.

(Wow!that's good thing.......if I got........haha...I am dreaming..>_<)

But what is my career path at current company I would like?  

I don't know...I am still thinking.....
